Additional Farmland For Sale Information
This is 6.8 acres of an original 80 acre farm our grandparents farmed. Has not been farmed for 50+ years. No sprays/chemicals since that time - precious little before that. Parcels have been split for family acreages. Pond is a bit shallow but has kept fish through cold winters and I've caught 5# Large Mouth Bass before. Much of the topsoil from the farm the rest of the old farm has ended up here since this is the lowest section.

We had a garden (15' by 100') and had very little problem with pests because the land has been so untouched for so long there is a nice natural array of animals and insects - lots of frogs and turtles etc. Even Mosquitoes are not much of a problem in any given year.
